Reentry Transition Services

Lutheran Social Services of Northwestern Ohio seeks to serve all people, including those who are returning to their community after a time of incarceration.

The Lutheran Social Services Case managers can help returning citizens with housing, employment, transportation, child support, social security, mental health and addiction treatment, parenting, driver’s license, and working with the courts.

Our Reentry Program helps those who have had any history with the court system and provide opportunities and services to ultimately reduce recidivism and that will allow clients to become wage-earning, tax-paying members of the community offering hope, purpose and integrity to formerly incarcerated individuals.
